The owner of Vibrant Connections, Terri McCleary, has been a student of alternative medicine since 1990. She has specialized in vibrational medicine; Healing Touch and The Reconnection™ for the past 8 years, and in 2006 became a Certified Quantum Biofeedback and Stress Management Specialist and is an ongoing student of Hanna Kroeger's work.  Her knowledge of alternative medicine and her intuitiveness plays an invaluable part of helping her clients reach optimal health.  Terri will work with you through your obstacles, balance your energy field, and help identify stress in your body that needs to be addressed to prevent future heath issues.

Terri is a mother of two beautiful children; her daughter, Alicia is a senior at college and her son, Nicholas is living in a group home for the mentally gifted.  As a young mother, she was active with the school board in helping create a curriculum for the Special Needs program and an advocate for other parents facing similar challenges with their children.  She attributes her patience and courage to her son that is constantly teaching her how precious every day is and to stay in the "NOW"; her perseverance to her daughter that never gives up when faced with adversity.  Her children were both adopted, Alicia (3 months old/ now 21 years old) from Bolivia and Nicholas from El Salvador (8 months old/ now 25 years old). Terri loves diversity and is able to look beyond the barriers to find our common ground ~ we are all beautiful beings thriving to belong and be loved. 

Her decision to move to Colorado came from the lure of the open space and horses.  She is currently volunteering at the Medicine Horse Program (www.medicinehorse.org ), where through  therapeutic interaction with horses, participants experience psychological, social, emotional and spiritual growth.  If you are looking for a great organization to either donate your time (they have lots of options) or money, be sure to check them out!

Terri is also a member of The Association for Global New Thought (http://www.agnt.org/ ) which was founded ten years ago.  She recently had the wonderful experience of riding "The Peace Train" with such leaders as Arun Gandhi, Yolanda King, Delores Huerta, Bro. David Steindl-Rast,Dean Lawrence Carter Sr, Dr. Michael Beckwith and many others that are for peace, justice, healing.  The train went from Los Angeles, CA to San Jose, CA where a conference was held for the general public.  It was an amazing experience to be able to talk with these leaders in such an intimate setting and hear all of their visions in bringing like-minded people together to help create a world of non-violence.

My future plan for Vibrant Connections is to create a therapy ranch/retreat for teens-at-risk and respite/hospice families.  They will work through obstacles using horses,the arts, outdoor activities and experience some holistic health care  modalities for themselves.  I'll keep you posted on how everything is materializing here.  Maybe you will be a part of making it happen!!!
